Cancellation Policy
The Crimson Education Foundation is unable to assume the risk or responsibility for the registrant’s time or expenses should an act of God, government action, aviation disruption, disaster, weather, or other force beyond the control of Crimson Education Foundation make it inadvisable or impossible to conduct this event. The registrant may wish to consider purchasing personal travel insurance to insure his/her expenses.
Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email ok. Requests received by CEF up to 2 weeks prior to the course date will receive a full refund minus $150 administrative fee or a certificate of transfer for the full amount to be used within one year. No refunds or transfers will be made for no-shows or cancellations received less than two (2) weeks prior to the course.

What to Wear?
Scrubs are ideal attire for Jingle Bones events due to its many hands on cadaveric workshops. Average November-December highs are 51 degrees F and average lows are 28 degrees F with an average monthly snowfall of 0-9 inches. Bring coats and warm clothing especially for evenings out.
CME Credits
Attendees must sign in at the beginning of every session and complete an evaluation form in order to earn CME credit.
Tax Deduction for Education Purposes
In the United States, an income tax deduction may be allowed for education expenses undertaken to maintain or improve professional skills. This includes registration, travel, meals and lodging, subject to applicable limitations. Consult with your certified public accountant before claiming any deductions.
Attendees with Special Needs
If you have special needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, or if you have special dietary needs, notify the Crimson Education Foundation program coordinator at the time you register. Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed, and Kosher meals will not be available unless requested at least three weeks before the start of the meeting. Email: [email protected].

Jingle Bones faculty and staff assume no personal liability for the techniques or the use of any equipment and accessories used for teaching purposes in the laboratory. The certificate provided pertains only to the participants’ completion of the course and does not, in any way, attest to their proficiency or the participants’ clinical experience.
Photographs/Videos of Sessions is prohibited
Photographing, videoing or recordings of lectures is strictly prohibited. Photographing of workshops and conference activities that do no include lecture slides is welcomed and encouraged. Jingle Bones faculty and staff routinely take photos or videos if participants in meetings and other conference venues for promotional materials and other purposes. By registering for the conference, you grant Jingle Bones permission to utilize photos of you taken at the conference for Jingle Bones purposes.
Human and Animal Anatomic Specimens
This course will involve exposure to and contact with human anatomic specimens. These specimens are being utilized for purposes of teaching and learning and are to be treated with the utmost respect. Participants should be familiar with and understand the potential risks involved and will be required to observe all customary safety procedures.
Experimental Discussions
Some medical devices used for teaching purposes and/ or discussed at Jingle Bones educational activities may have been cleared by the FDA for specific uses only or may not yet be approved for any purpose. Faculty may discuss off-label, investigational or experimental uses of products/ devices in CME certified educational activities. Faculty have been advised that all recommendations involving clinical medicine in the CME activity are based on evidence that is accepted within the profession of medicine as adequate justification for their indications and contraindications in the care of patients. All scientific research referred to, reported or used in this CME activity in support or justification of a patient care recommendation conforms to the generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection and analysis. Crimson Education Foundation (Crimson) has not independently evaluated the content or techniques discussed or demonstrated by any faculty member.
